Plumbing · HVAC · Electrical

Your customers stopped typing. They started asking.

When a homeowner in your city asks ChatGPT for the best plumber, an answer comes back. It names three or four companies. We will tell you, for free, whether one of them is you.

No cost. No contract. We send the results whether they are good or bad.

What changed

You already won the search. You are losing the answer.

You spent years earning the reviews, the map pin, and the page-one ranking. None of that is wasted. But a growing share of homeowners never scroll a results page anymore. They ask a question, they get one answer, and they call the names in it.

Ranking well and being recommended well are now two different jobs. Most home services companies in San Diego are doing the first one and have never checked the second.

The free audit

What we actually look at.

A real diagnostic, not a lead magnet with your logo dropped on it. Every audit gets read by a human before it goes out.

01 / Queries

The questions homeowners ask

We run the real ones for your trade and your service area, across multiple AI engines, and record who gets named.

02 / Competitors

Who is getting named instead

The specific companies the AI recommends in your city, and the reason it gives for recommending them.

03 / Structured data

Whether your site is readable

Schema and JSON-LD markup for your services, service area, hours, licensing, and reviews. This is the layer most contractor sites are missing entirely.

04 / Sources

Where the AI is getting its list

The directories, roundups, and review sources feeding the answer, and which ones have no record of you.

05 / Coverage

Service and city gaps

The jobs and neighborhoods you actually serve that your site never says plainly enough for a machine to repeat.

06 / Trust signals

Licensing, warranty, response

The proof points AI answers lean on most for home services, and whether yours are stated anywhere a machine can find them.

How it works

Three steps. One meeting.

1

You request the audit

Business name, city, and trade. That is enough for us to start. No site access, no call, no credit card.

2

We send the summary

A short written summary of what the AI engines say about your trade in your city, and where you stand in it. It arrives by email.

3

We walk through the full picture

If you want the complete breakdown and what it would take to fix it, that costs a thirty minute meeting. Nothing else.

Work we have done

Two San Diego businesses. Same problem.

Both ranked fine on Google. Neither was being repeated back by an AI engine, because nothing on their sites was written in a form a machine could quote. Here is what changed.

Case 01

Drain Mob

Plumbing & drain · San Diego
Before

A working site with real reviews and real rankings, but no structured data anywhere. Nothing on the site told a machine what services they performed, which cities they covered, who was behind the company, or what made them credible.

What we did

LocalBusiness, Service, and FAQPage schema implemented across the site. Titles and meta descriptions rewritten around real customer questions. A named owner-operator built out as the site's author and expertise signal. Core Web Vitals cleaned up.

What happened

Drain Mob now comes up consistently across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude when the engines are asked about drain and plumbing work in their service area. We check it on a schedule and show them the record.

Case 02

Coastal Internal Medicine

Independent practice · Vista, CA
Before

A homepage headline with no name or specialty in it, four near-identical service pages of about 250 words each, broken navigation, and no schema markup of any kind. To an AI engine, the practice was close to invisible.

What we did

MedicalBusiness, Physician, and FAQPage schema written and installed. Nine real patient questions answered in a form built for extraction. All four service pages rebuilt with reviewed bylines, condition-level detail, and page-level schema.

What happened

The practice reports at least three new patients a week arriving and volunteering, unprompted, that ChatGPT is how they found Dr. O'Brien. Patients are naming the AI engine as the referral source at the front desk.

Results above are reported by the clients themselves. We report visibility, not revenue - see what we promise and what we do not, below.
Pricing

Published, because you should not have to ask.

The build comes first. It is the work that makes you findable and quotable in the first place. Ongoing plans are only sold after the build is done, because there is nothing to maintain until then.

The Foundation Build

Full schema and JSON-LD implementation, SEO and GEO cleanup across your site, service and service-area pages written so a machine can quote them, baseline directory presence, and a review request system installed in your booking or POS flow. One time.

Straight talk

What we promise, and what we will not.

You have been sold revenue before. We are not doing that. Here is the honest line between what we control and what we do not.

What we promise

  • To make you more findable by AI engines
  • To make you more frequently recommended in the answers homeowners get
  • To show you the movement every month, in writing
  • To have a human check every report before it reaches you

What we will not promise

  • A revenue number
  • A lead volume
  • A conversion rate
  • Anything that depends on your pricing, your crews, or how your office answers the phone
FAQ

Questions contractors ask.

Will this replace my SEO?

No. Your Google rankings and reviews still matter. AI visibility is a separate job: making sure the AI engines can read your site and recommend you in the answers homeowners now get. We build it on top of your SEO, not instead of it.

How long does the build take?

The Foundation Build is a one-time engagement: full schema and JSON-LD, on-site SEO and GEO cleanup, and service and service-area pages written so a machine can quote them. Most builds wrap within a few weeks, depending on how many pages your site has.

What happens after the build?

Nothing is required. The build is what makes you findable and quotable. If you want ongoing tracking and content, the Monitor, Move, and Max plans start at $499, $1,299, and $2,499 per month - but they are only sold after the build, because there is nothing to maintain until then.

What do you check in the free audit?

We run the real questions homeowners ask for your trade and city across multiple AI engines, record which competitors get named and why, and check whether your structured data, service and city coverage, and trust signals like licensing, warranty, and response time are readable by a machine.

Do you guarantee more leads or revenue?

No. We promise to make you more findable and more frequently recommended by AI engines, and to show you the movement every month in writing. We do not promise a revenue or lead number - that depends on your pricing, your crews, and how your office answers the phone.
